Most people can calcualate Holiday pay for Full Time staff, but many of our clients get in a pickle when faced with Part Timers.

Full time staff are entitled to 5.6 weeks every year, which can be built up over each month.  It equates to 28 days per year, and on a monthly basis this is 2.33 days per month.

For Part time staff, the easiest way to calculate their holiday is on a monthly basis, using the calculation of 12.07% of their hours worked per month, or for that period.

For example:

Tracey worked 45  hours this month, therefore 45 x 12.07% will give her 5.43 hours hols pay.
